Sunday Dinner

I made a fun Sunday dinner for Nate and family yesterday. The menu was pumpkin soup, salad, cinnamon-sugar muffins and homemade chocolate ice cream.

Adalei and Brielle had a library book about pumpkin soup and the recipe was at the end of the story. I told them I would make pumpkin soup for them as a result. It was actually quite good.

The salad was mostly vegetables from my little garden - lettuce, broccoli, and peas. Then I added some blueberries and sliced almonds. It was yummy!

The muffins were a big hit and so was the ice cream. It was really fun and there were no leftovers except a little pumpkin soup!
