Charity came to visit me so I had a fun weekend celebrating Mother's Day! We planted flowers, went to dinner & a movie, went shopping, worked out at the gym, Randy fed us waffles for breakfast, went to church, and cleaned my bathroom. We also did some cooking and enjoyed our delicious meals - banana nut muffins, mango chicken salad, Parmesan tilapia, blueberry almond creme brulee, and strawberry salad. We wanted to make teriyaki burgers but ran out of time - I'm having them tomorrow night for dinner!
It was really nice to get phone calls from Nate, Jason, Casey, Misty, Ashley, and Jenna. Charity gave me a lovely matching shirt & sweater that I love. Jason & Ashley gave me a hot chocolate mug with pictures of Paisley and Spencer on it - so cute! I also received a couple of beautiful cards that are now by my kitchen sink. It was a wonderful Mother's Day! I'm so grateful for my great family!
