This is a picture of Clam and Conch Chowder. In Key West and the Bahamas they have conch which I had never heard of before. They are in shells. We had fried conch fritters and then this conch in the chowder. Both were good due to the spices but I really couldn't taste the conch. It must be a very mild flavor - much like the clams.
