I was so excited to have Casey, Jenna, Weston, Benson, Allison, and Dalton come to visit me for Christmas. They arrived Saturday evening and I had made chicken corn chowder, homemade applesauce, and banana muffins for them for dinner. The next morning we had cinnamon rolls and eggnog for breakfast.
After church on Sunday we did crafts. Benson and Weston made foam gingerbread houses and then Allison, Weston, and Benson made snowman ornaments for the Christmas tree. The last craft was messy but they had fun making gift tags with stamping.
On Monday morning I made Rudolph pancakes. They tasted terrible but they looked cute. Jenna made the bacon and it was yummy.
On Monday afternoon we drove to the Great Wolf Lodge in Grand Mound, Washington (near Centralia). They gave us wolf ears when we checked in. The first day I even went in the water with the kids so I didn't get any pictures.
After swimming all afternoon, we went to a buffet for dinner. I was impressed that Weston remembered the smiley face french fries and wanted to go to that place again for dinner. The food was pretty good and we had fun.
After dinner, the kids had a great time in the tub.
After baths, Dalton went to bed and Jenna took the other kids to story time.

I just adore my grandchildren and had such a fun time with them.
